Train on a Train: A Travel Photography Workshop… Supposedly

Last Saturday, I was “lucky” enough to be given the chance of joining a photography workshop for free. With all the “passion for photography downfall” stuff that I was having, I would say that it was just the reboot that I needed in order to rekindle the flame with my camera. Or so I thought.

By the way, that’s the same alibi reason I have for the extended hiatus on updating my blog. High five!

A Gift of Hope

Few days ago, I was given the opportunity to take photos of a young man – a 9-month old baby, who was about to undergo an eye surgery. His eyes have cataract, and does not have an iris. It was really saddening to learn that a baby has to endure such. Fortunately, Scope International, through the Seeing is Believing initiative, has sponsored his surgery and iris implants. A blessing that his parents, who are also blind, are surely grateful of.
